UK Delivery Options
We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs. All orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday are dispatched the same day.
Delivery Partners
We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time:
- Royal Mail: Standard and small parcel deliveries
- DPD: Express and named day deliveries
- DHL: Large item deliveries
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use this to:
- Track your parcel in real-time
- Reschedule delivery if you're not home
- Choose a safe place for delivery
- Collect from a local pickup point
Delivery Areas
UK Mainland
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. The delivery times and prices shown above apply to England, Wales, and mainland Scotland.
Scottish Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland
Deliveries to these areas may take an additional 1-2 working days. Additional charges may apply:
- Scottish Highlands: +£3.00
- Scottish Islands: +£5.00
- Northern Ireland: +£3.00
- Isle of Man / Channel Islands: +£8.00
International Delivery
We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
Dispatch Times
Same Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends will be dispatched on the next working day.
Working Days
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Large or Heavy Items
Some larger items such as cat trees and large dog beds may require courier delivery and cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses. These items are clearly marked on the product page.
- Large items typically delivered within 5-7 working days
- You will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery time
- Delivery to ground floor / doorstep only
Delivery Issues
Missing or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@bestluxeuk.co.uk with your order number and photos of any damage.
Failed Delivery
If delivery is unsuccessful, our courier will:
- Leave a "sorry we missed you" card with instructions
- Attempt redelivery on the next working day
- After 2 failed attempts, return the parcel to us
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been dispatched.
Delivery FAQs
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched, we can usually update the address. Once dispatched, you may be able to redirect via the courier's website.
What if I'm not home when my parcel arrives?
Our couriers will leave a card with collection/redelivery instructions. You can also leave a safe place delivery instruction at checkout.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost. We do not currently offer Sunday delivery.
Can I collect my order?
We don't offer collection from our warehouse, but you can choose to have your parcel delivered to a local DPD pickup point at checkout.
